What is included in the purchase? |

When you purchase our cat tree plans,
you will receive a CD mailed to you via the United States Postal Service.
The CD contains all six of
our plans. Each plan includes a material/cut list, detailed
pictures, step by step directions, and a guide on how to carpet each cat
tree. In addition, you can download the plans from the Internet free
of charge. A password will be emailed to you to
access the plans on your computer.

All that you need to view the plans is any computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat reader is used to view PDF documents (Portable Document Format). PDF is a standard used across the Internet. If you do not have Adobe
Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free.

How do I download the
plans?

After you purchase
the plans, you will be able to log in using the "Download Plans " button
using your email address. You will receive an email containing
the password that allows you to download and view the plans.

receive the password for the plans. |

You should receive an email from our automated system within 15 minutes of your purchase
which contains the password to download and view the plans.
If you do not receive this
email, please contact us at
sales@cattreeplans.com.
Sometimes the email may be blocked by a spam filter. Check your email SPAM filter. In most cases, you will find the email there. If you are unable to located the email, just let us know that you did not recieve the password and we will email it again from a different account.
Another possibility is the email address used by PayPal for your accout is out of date. Emails will be sent your your 'primary' email address. Just let us know that you did not recieve the password and we will email it again to a different account.

Our secure online payment system requires that cookies are enabled when your purchase the plans. Enable cookies in your Internet browser to make the purchase. After the purchase is made, you can disable the cookies. Enabling cookies are not required to download or view the plans.
